For cancellations made from the date of deposit to 151 days prior to the cruise sail date, an administrative fee of $100 per person for suite categories SG-H will apply.

You are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation of any kind or credit for cancellation except as provided in this section or as otherwise provided by law. Cancellation penalties will apply when the entire cruise booking is cancelled and applies to all travel products and /or services purchased, including Cruise, airfare (if applicable) and land arrangements. Cancellation charges are imposed regardless of resale of the cruise, hotel or air components.
A cancellation fee of 100% of fare will be imposed for non- appearance. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased (if applicable) from Regent, excluding optional facilities and services fees.
Changes to a reservation after deposit and/or full payment has been received and prior to issuance of travel documents may result in assessment of administrative fees and service charges. Administrative fees and service charges will vary and are based on the type of change made to Your Cruise departure, itinerary, package or air supplement (if applicable). Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of these changes. Some changes, including name changes, are considered cancellations and applicable fees will be assessed.

Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant women should consult with their doctor prior to sailing with Regent Seven Seas Cruises as cruise line cannot offer pre-natal care on board any of our vessels. Regent Seven Seas Cruises will not accept any guest if she is (24 weeks) 6 months or more into the pregnancy at the time of sailing due to the lack of neo-natal care facilities on board. Those guests under (24 weeks) six months must provide RSSC with a written doctor's permission prior to sailing that states she is "fit to travel by sea and air (if RSSC booked their air)".

Infants must be one year of age as of the first day of the cruise. Guests traveling with a young infant that does not meet the infant policy will be denied boarding. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from Regent Seven Seas Cruises to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or any accompanying guests. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and occupy the same suite as an adult 18 years or older. Regent Seven Seas Cruises does not provide for the care, entertainment or supervision of children. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the spa or fitness facilities, even if supervised by an adult. Special promotional rates are available for children on select sailings. To be eligible, the child must be under the age of 18.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the staterooms, balconies, hallways. Smoking is permitted in designated areas on open decks, in the casino, and Connoisseur Club on Seven Seas Mariner, Navigator, and Voyager, and in designated smoking areas in one lounge on each ship.
